Q - question

Quick and easy animation of AutoCAD 3D models.

A - answer To animate your 3D model or 3D scene in AutoCAD you can use the continuous 3D orbit.

In the 3DORBIT command, use the right-click menu (or the "3" key) to choose the Navigation mode "Continuous orbit" (More). With a short mouse-stroke (direction, speed) then define the rotation (orbit) parameters. You can also use directly the command 3DCORBIT to start a continuous orbit of your model.

If you want to have the animation in a rendered (shaded, colored) mode, set first the appropriate visual style or use right-click to switch the "Shading mode" (Display style).
