Q - question

Using assemblies in Inventor LT.

A - answer The 3D CAD application Autodesk Inventor LT does not support the assembly (.IAM) environment and templates by default - you will need the full Autodesk Inventor or Fusion 360 - but you can partially use assemblies also in the LT version.

The following video-tip (in Czech) illustrates replacing of the missing assembly template in the Inventor LT environment by using multi-body parts, shared parameters and referenced sketches for individual parts of the designed assembly.

You can get Autodesk Inventor LT for about 150€ - see CAD eShop.
