I installed the civil 3D subassembly composer, but when I start it, I got the fatal error:
 
Subassembly Composer encountered a severe error, and will exit now
 
I re-installed it a few times, reboot my CPU, but the same error appears every time. Who can help me solve this problem?

Uninstall Framework 4.5 and reinstall Framework4.0
