Hi all. I am new to this site. I am using AutoCAD 2000 running on windows xp sp3. When I create diameter and radius dimensions I am able to place them normally. When I try to edit the positions using the grips, the dimension text will only move toward and away from the arc but will not rotate around the center point.

The only way I am able to get around this is by rotating the dimension using the rotate command which takes forever.

I was running the same software on XP SP2 and never had this problem. It was only when I installed on a new machine running XP SP3.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Thanks
