I was wondering if anyone has an answer to showing the
point #
elev
desc
for survey points in map 2011 3d. I can bring in the points and edit to show 1 label but not all three at same time.
Any help would be appreciated

I haven't worked in Civil 3D 2011 yet so I'm not entirely sure, but I can't believe it is much different from 2010.

So what you are asking for is a Point Label Style which looks like this:

Point Number
Elevation
Description

IE:

100
37.356
GND

And if it is similar to Civil 3D 2010, you just need to modify the Point Label Style.  When you go to edit the style the Layout tab is where you need to add additional text components which you can set to show the information you want.  If you create separate text components for each property (Pt#, Elev, Desc) then it will give you the most flexibility to change the colour, text style and position and, honestly, the most difficulty you should have will be getting the position correct for each of the components.
