This is a hobby of mine and not an office at work.  It's the office in my home and workshop in my garage.  I do not want to keep putting it on a flash drive evertime.  How do I go about solving this problem

Given that you are probably doing strictly 2D work you can avoid the cost of upgrading to a full commercial version of AutoCAD by looking at some of the AutoCAD clones out there.  A couple are free and the rest do come with some cost but it is far below what one would expect to pay for full AutoCAD.  DraftSight is free.  TurboCAD has three different versions and they are all very inexpensive.  Both programs claim to be able to read and write to the DWG file format.

I just noticed, this is the second time you've asked this question, but the answer is still the same. I encourage you to contact Autodesk though. Tell them what you're trying to do and see what they have to say. I'm sure they would be very interested in what you're doing.

The educational version is for students, not working professionals. You need to purchase a commercial license to use in your office.

I have a student version of 2006 Autocad.  I use it in my office and works great.
I also have a laptop in my workshop where my cnc router is.  It's a pain to keep transfering the license.  How can I get another license.  Is there another way to avoid the transfer?  Should I get in touch with Autodesk on this?
