Halling51, you have right here in the site examples of stairs in :
Cad Blocks, launch a search with the word STAIR and you have 10 pages of DWG files.

If there is nothing in the way then I would eliminate the curve in the stair and add a landing.  Triangular shaped stairs are dangerous.
