Sounds like you want to change the background color of either model space or paper space.  You do this via Options > Display tab > Colors button.

No. i want to change object color. 
in model object in color but in paper space its shown as white.
how this possible??
some object in color too...

The user has the option to override the layer color in a viewport.  I think that feature was added a release or two ago.

Look in your AutoCAD Help file under the topic: Override Layer Properties in Viewports.

Other options for changing an object's color.  Again, from your Help file:

"You can change the color of an object by reassigning it to another layer, by changing the color of the layer the object is on, or by specifying a color for the object explicitly."
