The name (login name) of the last "editor" of a DWG drawing is displayed in the DWGPROPS command ("Last saved" in the Statistics tab).

You can also maintain a full history of the edits - see the tip 4527 (in Czech):

Or you can summarize the whole history with JobTime.

The drawing_props.lsp or jobtime.vlx just need to be loaded into all AutoCAD sessions, with the APPLOAD command - in the startup suite (the briefcase icon). All other functionality of these tools is automatic.
