How to display an invisible toolbar?

A - answer To show (show again) icons of a selected AutoCAD toolbar use the -TOOLBAR command, or right click in an empty area for toolbars and check the required tool panel in the context menu.

Initial visibility of toolbars can be set in the CUI dialog.
