John,

I tried this also.... we need to enter SETVAR(varibles) for every drawing...i think its came because some lisp files.

You could probably do both using the SETVAR command.  Include it in a lisp file that is loaded with each drawing.

yes, FILL should be turn "on" for every drawing.
MBUTTONPAN value also to be set of "1"each time for every drawing.

You mean you have to turn FILL "on" in each drawing you open?

Is MBUTTONPAN set to a value of 1?

hi,
 
i have a problem with autocad 2012, the problem is after opening a drawing if i press mouse mid button normally it should activate as pan command but its activating snap popup menu.... and i have to fill on every drawing.... please help anyone on this.....
