Q - question

Reverse sample line numbering for river flow alignments.

A - answer If you use AutoCAD Civil 3D for river flow alignments, you probably want to number your sample lines "backwards" - in the opposite way than Civil does it. Both the stationing (river log) and the sample lines should be measured from the river estuary.

The sequential numbering of sample lines (the river profile) can be reversed using the free CADstudio Civil-SPRx utility. Civil-SPRx can be downloaded from here.

Just load the VLX application, start the SPRX command and select either the whole sample line group, or the individual sample lines to renumber.
