longplot
Plotting on paper that is longer than 65". Using an old 16-bit graphic system, such as ADI or GDI, plots are limited to 65000 plotter increments and many plotters have 1000 increments per inch. Longplotting is done by reducing the effective resolution to get a bigger paper size. E.g. if resolution is reduced to 250 increments per inch, a plot can be made 4 times as large, or 270" long.
